Miles Gorovich is living in Victoria. I has contact with him briefly a few years ago. He's in the film industry as a production coordinator. You can find him on IMDB. The last I heard, Melanie Miller had moved to Kelowna. I got that from a letter - actual one on paper letter! - that was posted at one of the reunions I attended, so that could be out of date. Also, she had adopted her husband's surname ????‍♂️

Well, what can I say except that I'm so sad I can't make it to the reunion. I hope it's a great time and know I'll be feeling sad Saturday while you're all reconnecting with one another. I'll see you all at the next one!! Cheers!

A big hello to the class of '77. The past reunions I've been seen as someone who has changed in many ways. So true I must say. I've never married, never met the right girl I guess, I'm a collector of sorts, I love tattoos and have since bought a new car and another motorcycle. I guess I just never grew up, I'm still having to much too take life too seriously. Looking forward to the 40th reunion.

Hello to All!     Thank you to our great committee for the planning meeting last night, I've been trying to find a place on this website, where anyone can make suggestions, requests or just to say hello.....and to keep in touch with each other. We have been depending on Facebook for more exposure, but realize, not everyone is a member.   So.... not everyone has gotten the message that this reunion is a go, it is including all 1976, 1977 and 1978 (graduated or not) and of course, your guests (who could be from other years), the more the merrier!    Looks like this is the place to chat.   Please inform your siblings, friends, friends of friends, from Lord Beaverbrook from these years, about our reunion.   Please direct them to this website, this is where we keep the official count of folks attending or not, or maybe...

Spent some time going through my yearbooks.  So many awesome memories.   I wonder where so many of my friends ended up.  Have we changed any.  No. Don't think so.  The school of life is as much as a learning tool as school itself was.  Both educational!!

Hi Everyone, I looked on the missing list, and apparently I am missing! I am near Halifax Nova Scotia now, so I won\'t be making it to the 35th. I am a graphic designer and computer instructor. Hope to make it to the 40th.

Happy to catch up with anyone who remembers me.

It is hard to believe that this is our 35th year out of school. The way we seem to enjoy these parties every 5 years I don\'t think we\'ve changed much.
What\'s hard for me to believe is my oldest son is having his 10 year reunion this year! I\'m sure I\'m not that old.

Hi all, 35 years and counting, WOW! As it has been said many times, where has the time gone? For me, 77” was a fantastic year. Even though I was not into after school activities such as Sports or the Famous Chess Club, I had a great group of school friends I hung out with, some worked at the Macleod Mall Safeway with me. There was always a party to go to Fridays and Saturdays, I even used to cruise the Car Circuit Downtown on 6th and 7th ave. on the weekends with my customized white Ford van till 1979 when it was closed to add the LRT. I have many grand memories at Beaverbrook and I have attended all of the reunions, even my 15 yr Alice M Curtis reunion as well. And you can bet I will be there for the 35 yr reunion as well. Hope to see you all soon, 35 yrs has sped by, so I think waiting 7 months will be a flash in time so to speak. Cheers ALL!

I would LOVE to see old friends!!! Looking to find Pat Brunsdale, Louise Czaja, Carolyn Shimozawa,Valerie Sorenson, Wade Veronelli, and Brent Burbridge. Lost all of these guys somehow. The rest of my good pals all made it to the 25th, and I have contact still. If any of you have any contact information on any of the above, I would LOVE to have it. Thanks, and we\'ll see you all there!!!!

Hello Everyone. I sure have enjoyed browsing the website when I have a few minutes. It's exciting to read everyones thoughts in the guest book. it's also sweet to see that most have you ahve not changed in 30 years!!! I am regrettably (sp?) unable to attend the 30th reunion. If I could find a reliable to substitute to coach my volleyball team for the weekend in Muskegon Michigan(without getting fired) that would be swell! Alas! my job requires far too much dedication...I'm sure I'll retire from coaching collegiate volleyball this year. I hope to be a full professor by August '08. I'll try to find a picture to send... that may require finding someone with a camera... I'm sure I can do it. Have fun, be good, and make more lasting memories. Wish I could be there. Kelly

I was reading some of the messages and it got me thinking. Typing 10 let's see I was doing such a good job I was released from attending class about half way through. Dont think I will show in the Yellow AGT van but I hope work schedule will allow me to attend. I am know living in Red Deer working in the good old Oilpatch, married and two grils one 11 and the other 15 (full head of RED hair and all the attitude) funny how things go around come around. I stay in touch with Brian Hughes so if I do not make it he should be able to bring you up to speed. Hope to see you there!

Hi everyone, back in school my nick name was (back seat Daniel's) not for the reason your thinking. It was because the car I was driving was a 1968 Ford 4 door, not the greatest looking car. All the guys use to tease me and I would always say" it has air conditioning and a big back seat",what more would a guy want. See you in September Tim.

Well memories are somewhat faded of those days. Maybe elzheimers is still with me. But it would be cool to catch up with the likes of Robert Craig, Natalie Crowe, Ron Lowe, Terri Zimmerman, Deb too! Whats Allan Sisson up to? Only way to find out is be there! Any Carriage House Storys to Share? The first time I played Rugby boy was that a laugh.

Well I can't believe it has been 30 years, even more since I attended LB. I hope to see many of the old friends from the last reuniuon and see many of those that weren't able to make it 5 years ago.

Got to thinking of a few folks who went from grade 1 to 12 with me. I'd sure like to see them come to this reunion. I remember going to Ginny's funeral and seeing some of these old (not that they are old) buddies from Acadia Elementary school. A reunion would be a better place to see each other rather than another funeral. Don't you think?

Whenever I feel old, which seems to happen more lately, I play my Hotel California CD. The album came out when we were in Grade 12, but it's still cool today. Therefore, so am I. My kids don't understand my brilliant logic.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone, was not able to attend the 20th or the 25th. Gee's this makes me feel real old, 30 years, great way to bring back memories. Can't wait to see everyone and how things are going for everyone.

I'm looking forward to seeing all who come to the reunion. Does anyone know the where abouts of Margaret Pozsoni Brown? I'm trying to locate her again. Last I heard she was in Airdrie. I'm sooo excited and I'm counting the months until the reunion.

Even though I didn't graduate from Beaverbrook, but I have kept in contact with some people, these are the people that I grew up with and went to school with. I remember moving back to Calgary from the Crowsnest pass and having to go to Henry Wise Wood because of the semester system. But for the first 2 weeks before I was caught, I hung out in the pit, hmmmm 2 weeks in the pit and no school, what fun was that....hahahahaha. I am now living in Black Diamond and am married with 2 girls 12 and 11, yes I was a late bloomer, had to get the partying out of my system.
